Woman 1: I first was very, very impressed with the advancement of the technology at Dr. Pfister’s office. I was really wowed by that. Dr. Pfister: Our mission is really to connect with the patient so closely that they know they’re taken care of and that everything that they’re concerned about is addressed. Woman 2: I think Dr. Pfister is one in the area that is the most advanced dentists that is around. He’s always going to seminars, and whatever’s the latest, he’s always going to school, and it’s done all for his patients. Man: It’s very important for your dentist or doctor to be current and to have the right equipment. I’m a technical person and I’ve always been impressed with the technical equipment that’s here. It seems that whatever is needed is here for us. Dr. Pfister: One of the things we really enjoy about our continuing ed is that we’re able to collect so many great ideas about technology and the advancements of dentistry today that we can enjoy bringing all that back to our patients here, so we can utilize it within the Mohawk Valley itself. Technology has also proven to us, is that when we utilize it, the patients are able to have such a more pleasant experience. They’re able to be streamlined through their treatment. They know that it’s a convenience. The technology has just enhanced the overall aspect of the patient’s experience here at our practice. Woman 3: I’ve been to two or three other dentists’ offices. This is the first one that has been so modern, in this office. When I came in, I was like, you know, we put glasses on. Totally, everything’s all different. Everything’s, you know, they’ve got TVs. They’ve got everything. You’re comfortable and you’ve just got everything. It was so different. Man: There are two things that impressed me. He’s got a good personality. He’s comfortable. But he’s got an excellent memory. He always really impresses me, is you’ll come in half a year after a procedure and he’s right back where you left, and that’s very comforting. Woman 3: I highly recommend Dr. Pfister. For all the work that I had done, and every appointment that I come to, it’s actually very enjoyable. The people all here are very nice, and you feel very comfortable. It’s very educational. Every time you come, you learn something new. Dr. Pfister. So, at the end of the day, our patients are going to know that they’ve been taken care of and that they’re going to go home with that wonderfully beautiful smile that they’ve come to expect and know that we can deliver.
